posters. They were published under my maiden name, Diane
COOPER. In other news, my husband and I bought a
beautiful home in a historic district of Cleveland,
Ohio. My studio will be upstairs in what was
previously a very bright kitchen. Assuming I

August,
2004: The
reception for my solo show at Goose Drank Wine in San Pedro was a lot of
fun. Mayor Hahn and his sister, Councilwoman Janice Hahn stopped by. Loa Sprung, former president of the
National Watercolor Society gave the show a positive review in the
August 14th issue of More San Pedro, a Daily Breeze Publication:
|
"On
Seventh Street, Diane Cooper has a small show on her Children
at Play series. These pieces are well
composed, and her technique of over drawing an initial
watercolor proves to be quite pleasing. All are
expressive -all are beautiful. One or two pieces are
dark, almost foreboding and bring back memories of fear
experienced during those tender years."
